1987 – Foundation of Dwarkesh Chemicals
Setting up the first organic chemical manufacturing plant in Vatva under the name Dwarkesh Chemicals, with a specific focus on bromination.

2002 – Establishment of Vinayak Chemicals
Establishing Vinayak Chemicals in Vatva, with a focus on inorganic chemical manufacturing.

2008 – Bromination Capacity Expansion
Expansion of another specialized bromination plant under the name Shree Shiva Enterprise, which has been operating in Chhatral since 2012.

2019 – Entry into API Manufacturing
Diversification into Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing with a new facility named Kadamb Pharmachem in Chhatral.

2025 – WHO-GMP Accreditation
Achieved WHO-GMP accreditation for Kadamb Pharmachem, along with further plant expansion planned during 2025–2026.
